Santa’s Wonderland and Santa Pictures at Bass Pro Shops

Santa will be hanging out at Bass Pro Shops for a few days this season. He will be on his decked out TRACKER boat with his elves on the boatpad on the side of the store. There will be lots to do as you visit with Santa!
Santa will be available for free photos from November 6 – December 24, 2021. Families will get a free 4×6 studio-quality photo, as well as a free digital greeting card to share on social media. Additional photo packages are also available for purchase and print instantly at the store.

The Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals is a four day event that features a multitude of shopping and entertainment options, for individuals and groups alike.
The cornerstone of the event is a Victorian Holiday Marketplace held in the 100,800 sq. ft. exhibit hall of the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. There is truly something for everyone on your list.
The festivities continue with Strolling Victorian Musicians, Tea Leaf Readers, Punch & Judy Shows, Shadow Box Displays, a Life-Sized Historic Santa through the Ages Exhibit, and a real live Santa, each lending their own charm to the show.

Broadway at the Beach Tree Lighting Celebration

Join family and friends as Myrtle Beach kicks off the holiday season with the Annual Tree Lighting Celebration at Broadway at the Beach.
This year’s celebration features live entertainment from Broadway Theater’s Hot Jersey Nights Christmas, Over the Moon Productions, The Socastee Singers from Socastee High School, local musician Shelley Sasser, Mille Davis and Maxlee James of Next Level Showcase and Marla’s School of Dance!
The Broadway at the Beach Tree Lighting Celebration will be hosted by WPDE’s Ed Piotrowski and Jennifer Abney, with a special appearance from the one and only Santa Claus!
Stick around for the 8 p.m. fireworks show.
November 20
Market Common Annual Tree Lighting

• Market Common Grand 14 Cinema Plaza
Join family and friends for Santa’s arrival and the Market Common Annual Tree Lighting to kick off the Christmas season. There will be carolers and other performances, pictures with Santa, and vendors with holiday treats amidst the backdrop of The Market Common’s festive holiday decor.
The event is FREE with complimentary Market Common carriage rides from 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Barefoot Landing Lighting of the Landing

• Barefoot Landing Dockside Village
Barefoot Landing will celebrate their annual Lighting of the Landing Saturday, November 20th.
Kids’ activities from 2 to 5 pm and the show begins at 6 p.m. with the Lighting of the Tree and Fireworks to follow!

North Myrtle Beach Great Christmas Light Show
• 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
• North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex
This drive-through light show will feature over 2 million lights displayed along a 1.5 mile drive, including 30 animated figures and holiday scenes where the lights will come to life. This years Great Christmas Light Show promises new lights, new displays, and new experiences!
After the drive, park you car and walk over to Santa’s Village for some inexpensive, and a few free, family fun things to do.

Festival of Trees

Festival of Trees benefits Tidelands Community Hospice patients, families and bereavement programs and features beautifully decorated table top trees for Silent Auction.
November 26 – January 2
Nights of a Thousand Candles
• 4 to 9 p.m.
• Brookgreen Gardens
Brookgreen Gardens come to life amid the soft glow of more than 4,500 hand-lit candles and countless sparkling lights.
Walk the paths with a warm cup of cider, hear the sound of holiday music, and celebrate the season with family and friends.
Nights of a Thousand Candles is one of the more popular holiday light shows around the area.
Winter Wonderland at the Beach
• Weekdays 3 to 9 p.m. Weekends 12 noon to 10 p.m.
• Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place
Winter Wonderland at The Beach will showcase two holiday themed activities for both young and old. An ice skating rink and a walk-through winter wonderland light display.
November 26
Pawley’s Island Lighting of the Park

• Pawley’s Island Nature Park
Enjoy hot chocolate and cookies. Music DJ’s by Mayor Brian Henry.
November 27
Intracoastal Christmas Regatta
• 5:00 p.m.
• Patio’s Tiki Bar
The Intracoastal Christmas Regatta is an annual holiday boat parade that travels south down the Intracoastal Waterway from Patio’s Tiki Bar, arriving at Dock Holidays Marina around 7 p.m.
Many of the areas restaurants will have dining specials.
There is no charge to watch the Intracoastal Christmas Regatta, but spectators are encouraged to donate toys and more at the over two dozen toy drop boxes around the Little River/Cherry Grove area.

Stop by Surfside Beach Town Hall, 115 US-17 Business, for the annual lighting of the town Christmas Tree. There will be music, refreshments, and a visit from Santa Claus himself.
4th Annual Rivertown Regatta

The parade route starts at Savannah Bluff, travels past the Conway Marina, around the RR trestle and ends back at Conway Marina.

It wouldn’t be Christmas at the beach without the annual North Myrtle Beach Christmas parade. Join your friends and neighbors on Main Street to enjoy the lighted floats and units representing groups from all across the area.
The parade route starts at Bi-Lo and travels down Main Street to Ocean Blvd.

4th Annual Community Christmas Tree Lighting

Hosted by the City of Myrtle Beach’s Neighborhood Services Department, the Annual Community Christmas Tree Lighting brings together locals from the City and surrounding. The event will include hot chocolate and cookies, live music, and a socially-distanced photo opportunity with Santa. This event is FREE for all to enjoy!

Slow Roll – A Holiday Light Up the Night Event

• Tidal Creek Brewhouse Market Common
This unique Christmas time event is sponsored by The City of Myrtle Beach and Tidal Creek Brewhouse.
Participants are encouraged to cover themselves and their bikes in lights for a trip through the shopping and dining complex of Market Common with stops along the way for fun and games. This event is FREE to participate in.
Rides include bicycle safety tips and fun facts about the area. Helmets are required.
A post-ride party at Tidal Creek Brewhouse will include silly holiday trivia and prizes for best lights.
Beach Bike Shop on Broadway Street will have bikes available for rent for the event, and the city of Myrtle Beach has extra lights available for participants who need them.
Tidal Creek Brewhouse is located at 3421 Knoles Street in The Market Common District.

Light Up The Lawn at the Kaminski House Museum

The Annual Kaminski House Museum Light Up the Lawn event will be held on Friday, December 10th at 5:30 pm. Enjoy carousel rides! See you on the lawn for the holidays!

Christmas Fireworks Extravaganza!
• 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Pelicans Ballpark, 21st Avenue North, Myrtle Beach
The Christmas Fireworks Extravaganza presented by T-Mobile, WMBF News and Gator 107.9 is set to takeover Pelicans Ballpark on December 10. The one-night-only event will begin at 6 p.m. and conclude with a Munnerlyn Pyrotechnics Fireworks Extravaganza at 8 p.m.
Admission to the event is $10 for ages 13 & up, $5 for kids 12 & under, and kids 2 & under are free. You can purchase advance tickets online here, or at the ticket booth the day of the event.
You can even bring a blanket and stretch out on the field (no chairs permitted)! The evening will also include photos with Santa, and other holiday-centric activities such as Christmas videos on the video board, arts and crafts, & more. Photos with Santa will be made available for free after the event via our Facebook Page. Additionally, T-Mobile will be giving away a free gift valued at five-hundred dollars to one lucky fan in attendance. Fans will be able to enter to win throughout the event.

Always a fun family event, the City of Surfside Beach Christmas Parade route will start at Ocean Boulevard to Melody Lane to Surfside Drive to Poplar Drive.
The parade usually feature over 100 entries including floats and marching bands.
Conway Christmas Parade

• Downtown Conway
Conway Christmas Parade route will start at 16th Avenue to Main Street, to 3rd Avenue, to Laurel and down 4th Avenue and end at Powell Street.
